Getting into the habit of waking up early allows us to do more with daylight hours. Also, by training our bodies to get up and going right when we wake up, we are able to use those extra hours to be active.
Exercise in the morning is the best way to start your day. Not only does it set you up for a healthy lifestyle, but it also allows you to feel good about yourself all day long.
This all being said, when your body gets used to awakening in the early morning, sleeping in becomes even more luxurious. It's as if, you are giving yourself a gift for the day. Who knows? You may even notice you don't like sleeping in once you start to wake up early.
Note: this all also depends on when you go to sleep. if you fall asleep at 6 AM, I do not advocate trying to wake up at 8:30 AM.
